Our approach

Sagitta SGR is engaged to achieve its objectives while guaranteeing the satisfaction of the community in which it operates, its customers and its employees. It is attentive to the issue of sustainability and attributes more and more value, in addition to the economic result, to aspects such as the quality, independence, reliability and the reputation of the Company in terms of social responsibility.

This means that the SGR has embarked on a transition path as an actor in a global context that needs to be changed to guarantee its sustainability, meaning a condition for a development capable of ensuring the satisfaction of the needs of the present generation, without compromising the possibility of future generations to make their own.

For these reasons, the SGR adopts an internal policy that is attentive to corporate governance, to its personnel and working environment and also to the investment initiatives of its funds which, among other things, invest in renewable energy production plants and, pursuant to the crisis and insolvency code, in companies in crisis to avoid liquidation.

In addition, Sagitta wanted to underscore its commitment to sustainability by joining since June 2023 the UN-supported PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment), an international network of signatories supported by the United Nations, established to acknowledge the effects of ESG issues on investments and to support them in integrating these aspects into investment decisions.
