Art. 6 of Legislative Decree 231 of 8 June 2001
Pursuant to Art. 6 of Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 and subsequent amendments and additions Sagitta SGR has established a “Supervisory Board 231/01” with the task of monitoring the progress of the planned activities to apply Legislative Decree No. 231/01 and supervising the preparation of the “Management, Organisation and Control Model” as well as its functioning and respect for control processes.
The Supervisory Board is composed of three external professionals: two lawyers and the Head of Internal Audit.
