Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by computer and paper means by SAGITTA SGR S.p.A., as data controller, in order to evaluate your cv and give feedback to your application for a job position with the company. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR). The data you provide (all the data contained in your cv and any data you provide for sending it) will not be disseminated and will not be used for further or different processing. The provision of your personal data is free, however, failure to provide your email address will prevent us from responding to your request. Should you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that it will be processed by personnel authorized by the Data Controller and will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to your request and in any case no longer than two years from the receipt of your cv. However, any further storage of this data or part of it may be ordered in order to assert or defend your rights in any possible forum and in particular in the courts. Your data may be transferred abroad. For the recipients of the communication of data that are based outside the European Economic Area, the Company obtains the necessary guarantees so that the transfer of Data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Chapter V of the GDPR (including by means of an agreement signed with the parent company Arrow Group (UK) or other companies belonging to the same group, consisting of specific contractual clauses signed with the recipient of the personal data). We inform you that your data may be disclosed to third parties who perform, on behalf of the Data Controller itself, specific services aimed at ensuring the proper pursuit of the aforementioned purpose. The list of these third parties is available upon request from the Data Controller. Your data will be processed exclusively by subjects assigned to the processing directly by the Data Controller. Finally, we remind you that, in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning you, to obtain an indication of the origin and the purposes and methods of processing, the updating, rectification, and integration of data as well as the cancellation of data processed in violation of the law or if any of the reasons specified in Article 17 of the GDPR exist.
