Advisory and Other Services

Sagitta, as an ancillary activity to its core business, carries out asset management and advisory activities for Italian and international institutional investors across the asset classes in which the SGR operates (credit, real estate, energy, lending).

The advisory activity focuses on the identification of investment opportunities (origination), capital structuring and debt arrangement, as well as fund and vehicle management.

Following the acquisition of the assets, the SGR is able to provide asset management services either directly through its own managers, through partnerships with leading specialised operators, or via group companies.

The SGR also performs special servicing and asset management activities on behalf of credit or real estate securitisation vehicles (Art. 7.2) or REOCOs.
