Roberto Rondelli is Head of Going Concern Strategy. He previously held the same position at Europa Investimenti.
He has extensive experience in special situations investments, private equity, and turnarounds. After starting his career in leading merchant banks and advisory firms in London and Milan, he joined KKR in 2015, where he contributed to the successful launch of Pillarstone, leading the origination and execution of significant investments in credit and turnaround and managing major portfolio companies. Roberto was a permanent member of the Investment Committee, a member of Pillarstone’s Board of Directors, and held multiple board member positions in companies and investment vehicles.

Roberto holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and a Master in Economics and Finance from Warwick Business School.

In the past, Rosaria held the position of Head of Administration at several companies operating in the asset management sector (Systema Asset Management SGR, Sella Asset Management SGR, Zenit SGR, BNL Eurosecurities SIM, Gemina – Credit Lyonnais SIM). She has been with Sagitta since 2017, following the acquisition of a controlling stake by Europa Investimenti. During her time at the company, Rosaria has held various roles within the SGR, initially as Head of Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Legal Affairs, and subsequently as CFO, focusing on portfolio management activities as well as both UCITS and alternative investment funds (including private equity and real estate funds). She holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

Andrea is an Investment Associate within the Going Concern Strategy team. Prior to joining Sagitta, he was part of the Investment team at Europa Investimenti, an Arrow Global platform, where he focused on the underwriting, execution and monitoring of special situations transactions. Previously, he gained experience at EY, with a focus on restructuring and M&A transactions.

Andrea graduated with honours with a Master’s Degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Brescia.

Tito Raccanello is Senior Investment Director in the Going Concern Strategy team, where he is responsible for the management and execution of the team’s investments. He joined the Arrow Group in 2024 through Europa Investimenti. Prior to joining Arrow, he gained approximately 15 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround and special situations, both as an investment professional and as a consultant. He previously held the positions of Director – Turnaround and Restructuring at EY, Head of Specialized Lending at Banca Finint, Investment Professional at Pillarstone and Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, and Associate – Global Restructuring Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland.

He holds a degree in Economics of Financial Intermediaries and Markets and a Master’s degree in Management from Bocconi University.

Before joining Sagitta SGR, Gianluca worked for two years in the Financial Risk Management team at PwC, focusing on risk modelling and the valuation of complex financial instruments. At Sagitta SGR, he currently works as a Valuation Analyst, with the task of valuing the assets of the funds managed by the company.

He graduated from the University of Milan in Finance and Economics, with a specialization in Quantitative Finance.

Before joining Sagitta as a Real Estate Asset Manager, Daniela gained over ten years of experience in managing investment transactions, redevelopment and development initiatives, as well as budgeting processes and technical-financial analysis of assets. At Sagitta SGR, she will contribute to the management, coordination, and supervision of all technical and real estate aspects of the assets included in the portfolios. She holds a degree in Building Engineering–Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Bari and a First-Level Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from the Polytechnic University of Milan.

After a brief experience in the banking and consulting sector, Luca joined the Arrow Global group as part of the Portfolio Management team, where he has been involved in distressed credit market investments for two years. In 2024, Luca joins the Portfolio Management team at Sagitta with a focus on reserved securities funds. Graduate with a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Milano-Bicocca.

Andrea Camesasca has been working for Arrow Group since 2019, where he was in charge of Portfolio Management and since 2024 Andrea has joined Sagitta as Senior Manager della divisione Portfolio Management. Previously, he was director in the Distressed Assets function of Credit Agricole CIB focusing on NPLs securitisation investment management and NPE position management and, previously, he held various roles in a leading Special Servicer (part of the Archon group) and was Controller of Essilor Italia. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, specialising in Administration and Control.

From 2015 to 2019, Carlo worked in the administration and control function of Italian industrial companies operating in the food, beauty and retail sectors. In 2019 he joined Arrow Global Group working for the administration and control function of the company Europa Investimenti, operating in the sector of non-performing activities and corporate crisis situations. Since 2022, he has held the role of Deputy CFO in Sagitta SGR. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Eastern Piedmont (Novara).

Previously Stefano worked at KPMG Advisory S.p.A. and subsequently at Finanziaria Internazionale (Finint) where he was involved in projects related to the evaluation and management of loan and real estate portfolios. Stefano joined Sagitta SGR in 2022. Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Verona.

Nicoletta began her professional career in the McKinsey Group joining the Quick&Information Department team. Afterwards, she held the role of Office Manager in structured corporate contexts, such as McArthurGlen Group and Kroll Group. She joined Sagitta in 2023 as Office Manager, managing relationships with service providers and coordinating some administrative activities with the HR and Finance departments.

For more than two years he has been part of the fund management division of Sagitta SGR and deals with investment and divestment activities mainly for credit funds and for real estate funds, following the analysis and evaluation phase of the operations as well as thr execution and post-closing. Graduated in Corporate Finance at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome with also a short study experience abroad.

Edoardo after working as a financial analyst and portfolio monitoring at NPL Management, an independent player on the NPLs secured/unsecured market, he works at Sagitta in the Middle Office department in charge of e supervision of credit fund administrative activities. He graduated in Economics and Finance from LIUC University of Castellanza.

Prior to joining Sagitta as a fund management trainee, Nicolò spent two years at Casavo as an Investment Analyst. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Luiss University and a master’s degree in Finance from the Fordham School of Business in New York

After gaining experience in financial intermediaries and consultancy firms, carrying out internal auditing and compliance activities, in Sagitta she is responsible for updating and disseminating internal regulations and supports the structure in relations with outsourcers and with custodians, within the Organization office. Graduated in Political Sciences (economics-business specialization) at the State University of Milan.

Before joining Sagitta, Claudio worked at leading banking, insurance and consulting firms, specializing in the anti-money laundering sector, in particular in the Large Corporates segment of BNL BNP Paribas.
In Sagitta SGR since 2024, he deals with all anti-money laundering obligations and provides support to other functions such as Organization and Administration.
Graduated in law at the University of Palermo, he holds a master’s degree in “Corporate Law” and is qualified to practice the legal profession.

Christian began his professional career within the KPMG Law and Tax Firm, where he was responsible for providing tax advice to clients operating in the financial sector. Subsequently, he continued his career first at Barclays and then at Banca PSA. From January 2021 he joined the Arrow Group in Italy providing support to all Italian platforms in tax matters, both on compliance issues and in relation to the structuring of investment transactions. Since 2022 he has been partially seconded to Sagitta. Graduated in Economics and Corporate Law at Catholic University in Milan.

Davide is part of the Fund Management division at Sagitta SGR, where he serves as Vice Fund Manager for the SGT ACO Direct Lending and SGT ALO Umbrella Direct Lending funds. He is involved in the analysis and structuring of investment opportunities, as well as in the execution phase and post-closing monitoring of transactions. He holds a degree in Finance from the University of Naples Federico II and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Finance and ESG Investments from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Carlo Nicolò began his professional career at Studio Associato Haupt, focusing on insolvency proceedings. He later continued his career at PwC and joined Europa Investimenti in 2019. In 2024, he was seconded to Sagitta and, starting from 2025, he became a permanent member of the team in the Origination area. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Milano-Bicocca and is a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants of Milan.

Luca previously worked at Accenture S.p.A. and subsequently at Clessidra SGR where he held, among others, the role of Head of the Portfolio Valuation area for Private Equity funds. He joined Sagitta in 2022. Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Milan Bicocca.

After working for several years as a lawyer, Marco has been involved in asset management since 2007 and provides assistance in the regulatory, contractual, judicial and insurance fields, as well as in all matters relating to the management of real estate AIFs. Between 2013 and 2014 he worked in Quadrivio Capital SGR where he mainly dealt with Compliance and AML, as well as with the corporate secretariat. Marco is responsible for the legal department of Sagitta since February 2015.

Before joining Sagitta, Renato worked at leading international law firms in Milan and London, specialising in banking and capital markets law. He joined Sagitta’s Legal Department in 2015 and primarily provides legal support to internal functions on various corporate contractual matters. He also supports the Corporate Affairs team with regard to corporate governance activities and the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. Renato holds a degree in Law from the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”, a Master’s degree in Domestic and International Banking Law, and is admitted to the Italian Bar.

After two years of experience in financial advisory, Alberto joined the Valuation of Sagitta Sgr. He is primarily involved in evaluating investments, divestments, and indetermining the value of assets for each fund managed by the company.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Corporate Law from the University of Verona.

Before joining Sagitta, Enrico worked as an associate at leading national and international law firms in London and Milan (Paul Hastings LLP, Cappelli RCCD Studio Legale), where he advised major banks, financial intermediaries and asset management companies on the structuring and execution of complex securitisation, structured finance and investment fund transactions. As part of a secondment programme, he also provided legal support to a leading investment bank in London. He joined Sagitta’s Legal Department in 2022 as a Legal Transaction Manager, where he is responsible for managing all legal matters and contractual arrangements relating to the various funds under management, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Enrico holds a degree in Law from Bocconi University in Milan and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Environmental Law from Roma Tre University.

Valerio joined Sagitta SGR in the Middle Office and Finance department, after completing an internship in audit at PWC.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Milan-Bicocca and is currently enrolled in the Master’s degree program in Economic and Business Sciences, with a focus on Management.

After gaining significant professional experience as a Credit Risk Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where she focused on creditworthiness assessment, financial analysis and risk monitoring, Federica joined Sagitta SGR as an Analyst in the Fund Management division, with a particular focus on Direct Lending funds. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Corporate Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, with a specialization in Finance, and has developed a strong academic background in corporate finance, financial statement analysis and risk management.

Before joining Sagitta in 2021, Fabio worked as an Assistant Auditor at Deloitte, focusing on asset management companies (SGRs) and financial institutions, with particular attention to open-ended investment funds. At Sagitta SGR, he is part of the Middle Office team, where he primarily oversees the administrative activities of credit funds, also managing relationships with external service providers and suppliers. Fabio holds a degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®).

Marco worked for several years within operational functions with specific focus in AML controls, gaining in particular considerable experience in securitizations at leading industry players.
In Sagitta since the beginning of 2022, he was first involved in the management of operational controls in the AML area and is now part of the Compliance & AML function. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Graduated in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, with a major in Finance and Sustainability, Samuel joined Sagitta SGR within Risk Management and ESG function.

Before joining Sagitta in 2023, Giorgia worked for three years at KPMG as an auditor for asset management companies and financial institutions. She then continued her career as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to the CFO at an Italian asset management company focused on Venture Capital funds. At Sagitta SGR, she serves as an Associate in the Middle Office team, primarily handling administrative activities as well as planning and control processes for credit and direct lending funds, also managing relationships with external service providers and suppliers. Giorgia holds a degree in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.

Gaia has carried out forensic practice at a leading international law firm, assisting Italian and international clients in merger and acquisition transactions. Subsequently, she worked as a Junior Legal Counsel at the Italian branch of a British asset management company, where she dealt with the establishment and contractual matters of private equity funds and funds specializing in non-performing loans. Since she has joint Sagitta, she supports both the Transaction and Corporate Affairs functions. She graduated in Law from Bocconi University, with a specialization in the United States.

Mattia joined the Fund Management division of Sagitta, after an experience in financial consulting.
Graduated in Banking and Finance from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Mattia later earned a Master’s degree in Mathematical Finance from UNC Charlotte.

Following a brief experience in strategic consulting, Cristiano joined Sagitta SGR as a Trainee in the Fund Management division. After a period in the Energy & Infrastructure, Real Estate team, he was appointed Vice Fund Manager of the same team in July 2025.

He holds a master’s degree in Management from Bocconi University, with a major in Entrepreneurship, SMEs and growth strategies.

After a brief experience in a public relations agency, Chiara held various roles in the field of Communication for companies such as Falck Group, Marsh & Mc Lennan Companies, dealing with external and internal communication initiatives. She joined Arrow Global Group in 2019 with the role of Corporate Communication Manager, supporting all the Italian platforms of the Group. Since 2022 she has been partially seconded to Sagitta and is part of the company’s Sustainability Committee. Graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan and with a Masters in Communication.

Cirillo joined Sagitta SGR in the fund management division, after an experience in the advisory (restructuring).
Graduated in economics of financial Markets and Intermediaries, also achieved a master’s in quantitative finance from Polytechnic of Milan.

Before joining Sagitta as Senior Investment Manager on the Going Concern strategy, Alessandro was an Associate Director in the Special Situation Advisory group at EY in London, and prior to that, a Senior Manager in the Financial Restructuring team at EY in Milan.

He also worked in management consulting, primarily focusing on Financial Institutions coverage.

Alessandro holds a MSc and a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza.

Vladimir graduated in Finance from the Cattolica University of Milan and has successfully passed two levels of the CFA. He speaks English, Italian, Russian, German, and Spanish, and is an Arena FIDE Chess Master. He joins Sagitta SGR as an investment analyst, following a period as a trainee analyst in the Fund Management – Energy & Infrastructure division.
