Sagitta SGR is focused on making investments in alternative and illiquid assets as well as in special situations in every asset class: securities, real estate and loans (NPL & UTP).
Sagitta is an institutional partner in freeing value from assets that are in complex situations, both through the promotion and management of investment funds dedicated to specific needs or through asset management services always aimed at freeing or regenerating value. Sagitta also operates through strategic partnerships with leading national and international real estate operators / developers, loan servicers, banks and Italian and foreign institutional investors.
Sagitta SGR therefore proposes itself as an asset management platform in complex situations, allowing Italian and foreign institutional investors to seize investment opportunities in illiquid and alternative assets also through innovative investment funds.
